Ingredients:
* 227 g spaghetti
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
* 3 tablespoons grated cheese (Parmesan)
* 3 strips beef bacon
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy and browned.
3. In the same skillet with the bacon, add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic. Toss well to coat the pasta with the oil and flavors.
5. Stir in grated cheese, add chopped parsley. Toss everything together until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
6. Garnish with extra grated cheese and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
