Recipe of the week - Roast Beef 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:
-Outside flat
-Rachel’s Montreal steak spice

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
2. Season the outside flat roast on all sides with Rachel’s Montreal steak spice.
3. Place the seasoned outside flat roast on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
4. Roast the meat in the preheated oven for 4-5 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130-132°F for medium-rare doneness. Use a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the roast to check the temperature.
5. Once the roast reaches the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 20-25 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a juicier end result.
6. After resting, slice the outside flat roast against the grain into thin slices. Serve it with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a simple salad.
