Recipe of the week - Crispy Veal Cutlets 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:

•4 veal cutlets
•Salt and pepper to taste
•1 cup all-purpose flour
•2 eggs, beaten
•1 cup breadcrumbs
•2 tablespoons olive oil
•2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:

1. Season veal cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook veal cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove cutlets and let excess oil drain on a paper towel.
6. Serve hot, pairing the crispy veal cutlets with your favorite sides.
