Ingredients:
* 1 pack chicken drumsticks
* 1 pack chicken thighs
* 2 tablespoons beef tallow
* 2 tablespoons mustard
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1.5 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon pepper
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 3 tablespoons corn starch
* 4 cups panko
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon cayenne
* 1 teaspoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon coriander
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken drumsticks and thighs with beef tallow and mustard. Toss well to coat evenly.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, corn starch, panko, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, coriander.
4. Add the prepared spice mixture to the bowl with the chicken pieces. Toss and mix thoroughly to coat each piece of chicken with the breadcrumb mixture.
5. Place the coated chicken drumsticks and thighs on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 185°F .
6. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven. Drizzle the honey evenly over the cooked chicken drumsticks and thighs while they are still hot.
