Recipe of the week - Ribeye Steak 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:
-Ribeye steak
-Avocado oil
-Salt
-Pepper

Instructions:
1. Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat until hot.
2. Pat dry the ribeye steak with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
3. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper.
4. Add a drizzle of avocado oil to the hot cast iron pan.
5. Carefully place the seasoned ribeye steak into the pan.
6. Let the steak sear without moving it for about 4-5 minutes or until a golden-brown crust forms.
7. Flip the steak using tongs and sear the other side for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness, adjusting the time based on your desired level of doneness.
8. Once cooked to your liking, remove the ribeye steak from the pan and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes.
9. Slice the steak against the grain and serve hot.
