Ingredients:
- Sirloin
- Soy sauce
- Dry ginger
- Sesame oil
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. Cut the sirloin into chunks suitable for skewering.
2. Thread the beef chunks onto skewers.
3. Place the skewered meat into a shallow dish.
4. Pour soy sauce, sprinkle dry ginger, and drizzle sesame oil over the skewered beef, ensuring all pieces are coated. Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours in the refrigerator.
5. Preheat a cast iron pan over high heat.
6. Add oil to the pan.
7. Carefully place the marinated beef skewers in the pan.
8. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes or until the desired level of doneness is achieved, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
9. Once done, remove the beef kebobs from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
