Recipe of the week - Lamb Leg πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³

Ingredients:
-Lamb leg
-Mustard
-Herbs (rosemary, thyme, and parsley)
-Olive oil
-Salt and pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F.
2. Rub mustard, chopped herbs, oil, salt, and pepper all over the lamb leg, ensuring it’s well coated.
3. In a pan over medium-high heat, sear the lamb leg on all sides until lightly browned.
4. Transfer the lamb leg to an oven-proof dish and roast in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 145-150Β°F for medium doneness.
5. Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the lamb leg from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
6. Remove any strings used for tying the lamb leg and then slice it into servings.
7. Serve the roasted lamb leg slices with your favorite sides!
