Recipe of the Week - Pot Roast πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³

Ingredients:
-inside round beef roast
-celery root, peeled and chopped into chunks
-carrots, peeled and chopped into chunks
-potatoes, peeled and quartered
-beef stock
-salt
-pepper

Instructions:
1. Season the inside round roast generously with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned. Add the seared roast to your pressure cooker.
3. Add the celery root, carrots, and potatoes to the pot.
4. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high pressure for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
5. Remove the roast and vegetables from the pressure cooker and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. Serve the pot roast with the vegetables and sauce.
