Recipe of the week - Lamb Loin Chops 👨‍🍳

Ingredients:
- Lamb loin chops
- Cloves of garlic
- Fresh rosemary 
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Olive Oil

Instructions:

1. Start by chopping the garlic and fresh rosemary.
2. Place the lamb loin chops into a bowl and add the garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil to the bowl.
3. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the lamb loin chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
4. Heat a large pan over high heat. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the marinated lamb loin chops on their bones to cook through the middle.
5.Sear the chops for about 3 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden brown crust. Adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 136°F.
5. Once cooked to your liking, remove the lamb loin chops from the pan. Let them rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
