Recipe of the week- Grilled bone-in pork chops πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³

Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pork Chops:
- Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes before grilling. This helps them cook more evenly.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

2. Marinate the Chops:
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub this mixture all over the pork chops, making sure to coat them evenly. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or you can refrigerate them for a few hours for more flavor.

3. Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400-450Β°F or 200-230Β°C). Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

4. Grill the Pork Chops:
- Place the marinated pork chops on the preheated grill. Close the lid and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145Β°F (63Β°C).
- You can baste the chops with any leftover marinade during grilling for extra flavor.

5. Rest and Serve:
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat moist.
- Serve the grilled bone-in pork chops with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, coleslaw, or a fresh salad. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
